Agenda 21

What has destroyed liberty and the rights of man in every government which has ever existed under the sun? The generalizing and concentrating all cares and powers into one body ~ Thomas Jefferson

AGENDA 21

This United Nationʼs action plan expects all local communities to comply with globalistsʼ recommendations in regard to environmental issues relating to ALL aspects of living. It was signed at the Earth Summit in 1992 by George H.W. Bush along with 178 other world leaders. In 1993, President Clinton signed Executive Order 12852 moving Agenda 21 forward by establishing the Presidentʼs Council on Sustainable Development. In 2011, President Obama signed Executive Order 13575, establishing the White House Rural Council, to develop policy recommendations for rural America. While citizens, regardless of political affiliation, care about the environment, they are becoming increasingly concerned about the loss of private property rights.

·         www.I.C.L.E.I.org - Local communities in the U.S. are already members of I.C.L.E.I., an NGO (non-government organization), that is also known as Local Governments for Sustainability. One of many NGOʼs sanctioned by the UN to assist communities in adopting Agenda 21.

Catch phrases/terms that would raise oneʼs awareness that Agenda 21 may be coming to your neighborhood: sustainable development, smart growth, open space, cooperativeness, non-compete, comprehensive planning/re-zoning, non-elected boards, public-private, green code=house modified, redevelopment commissions, sustainable agriculture, comprehensive land use plan, resilient cities,  wildlands project, regional visioning projects, green/alternative projects. As phrases, projects, and organizations become exposed to the public, terminology is tweeked. The Delphi Technique  is a tactic sometimes used to Achieve Consensus in Communities www.eagleforum.org/educate/1998/nov98/focus.html .  The East Bay Tea Party challenged what was being done in their community under the pretense of citizen input.
