From the Northwest Indiana Times, comes this article .
Greg Zoeller told state lawmakers in Indianapolis that Judge Roger Vinson's ruling finding the 2010 Affordable Health Care Act unconstitutional prevents the government from enforcing that law in Indiana.
The Indiana attorney general said Indiana businesses are free to follow the law on their own, but also are free to ignore it.
Update: The AG website has much more information about Mr. Zoeller's statements.
In Mr. Zoeller's own words: "We are required to respect the trial court ruling of Judge Vinson. So while the states are not precluded from taking preparatory action to implement the ACA if they wish, they cannot enforce the ACA against anyone else. By finding merit to the states' arguments, this ruling also refutes the initial criticism that the case was frivolous."
